HRIS ANALYST
Job Description
General Summary: The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst plays a critical role in the efficient functioning of the HR department by managing and optimizing HRIS software systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, HR knowledge, and analytical skills to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and system enhancements.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer HRIS software systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Configure, customize, and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, and interfaces to meet evolving business needs
- Oversee the integrity and quality of HR data, including employee information, compensation details, and other relevant data sets.
- Develop and implement data validation processes, audits, and cleanup initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to HR data management, privacy, and security.
- Assist with any HR implementations involving the HRIS software system
- Other duties as assigned
Specific Job Skills:
- Strong excel skills and analytical abilities to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to HR systems.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- 4+ years of HRIS or Similar experience
- Experience working with ADP systems a plus
- Excellent Data Management Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced in excel and reporting
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $75,000 - $85,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
