ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Our client is a technology company that powers merchandise sales for the music & entertainment industry. They provide turn-key solutions for apparel & merchandise, design, logistics, and technology. This company has established themselves as a leader in the music & merchandise industry and are looking to expand their reach into other new markets. This is an exciting time to join this rapidly growing powerhouse in the apparel industry.

We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Account Executive to pioneer my client’s expansion into new and exhilarating markets. You’ll be spearheading growth strategies to penetrate top-tier enterprise brands and luxury hospitality environments, all the while forging connections with some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry. As a trailblazer salesperson, you’ll be growing along-side the company’s continued success.

Position Duties:

  • Target and Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
  • Determine customer engagement and needs and propose appropriate offerings
  • Meet or exceed the new business sales goals
  • Complete scheduled and cold call 2.0 prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments
  • Prepare and deliver sales estimates and follow up with key decision makers
  • Prepare creative lookbooks for potential clients
  • Utilize the Stokkup industry software to create estimates and take payments
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system on a daily basis: scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles
  • Follow Account Management sales structure in providing all necessary information for successful project management
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly
  • Regularly meet with the Chief Revenue Officer & Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build strong sales campaigns for engaging outreach
  • Qualify/Disqualify potential clients
  • Work closely with internal team members to create accurate quotes & Review with clients accordingly to come to a closed deal
  • Be the face of the shop; helpful, organized, professional, problem solver
  • Plan & Manage for a sales pipeline towards winning deals
  • Deliver Exceptional customer service experience

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2+ Years of industry knowledge
  • 2+ Years of previous experience in an outbound sales role
  • 2+ Year of Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate with external parties frequently to discuss product strategies
  • Strong interest and knowledge of pop culture, impactful brands and key social media trends and influencers
  • Strong attention to detail and organization to keep up with product changes through the development and production process
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
