Job Description
Overview: This position provides administrative support to the Operations Manager in the day to-day operations of the Company.
Major Qualifications (include but are not limited to):
* Orders all company printed materials, furniture, cellular phones and office supplies
* Maintains inventory of promotional items and office supplies
* Assists in the operations of all trade shows
* Maintains employee travel log
* Monitors travel and cell phone expenses
* Assists in the operations of the showroom & additional offices
* Assists in organizing special events
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years related experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $26/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
