ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST
We are a New York based ladies/fashion company seeking an ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST who is knowledgeable on A2000 ERP system.
Job Summary:
Enter Purchase Orders into company’s A2000 ERP systems. Process pick tickets to warehouse. Communicates with Sales people with status of the customer orders. Communicates with warehouse shipment status, PODs/ Bill of Ladings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase orders into the company’s A2000 system
- Process pick tickets to warehouse
- Handles any issues or discrepancies with purchase orders;
- Communicates with Sales team with status of the customers’ orders
- Maintains inventory
- Communicates with Warehouse on shipment status, PODs / Bill of Ladings
- Communicates with customers for PO related issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have experience on A2000 ERP system
- 5+ years experience on data/ order entry
- Proficient with Excel/Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Can work in a fast pace environment
