ENTRY-LEVEL GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Illustrator Expert)

Job Type: Full-Time in Person M-F 9am to 6pm

With almost 20 years in the apparel manufacturing industry we have developed a process that features the latest trends in graphic techniques, fabrics, washes and sustainability; while never compromising quality or delivery. Our inhouse designers, quality control specialist and production team work seamlessly with international factories. We have extensive knowledge and experience working with small boutiques, mid size retailers, department stores as well as major national and international retailers. 

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess a keen eye for design, and demonstrate proficiency in creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetic. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Work collaboratively with the design team to create graphics for apparel, hang tags, booklets, posters etc. Create original designs, illustrations, and typography that mirror current fashion trends and appeal to our fast fashion market. 
• Transform creative concepts and inspiration into refined designs, focusing on composition, color schemes, and typography as needed to support our brands, apparel market and promotional materials. Modify CADS or graphics and create original graphics as needed for sales. 
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to consistently enhance the creativity and quality of our work as a team. 
• Help develop brand guidelines and play a role in the ongoing evolution of our visual identity. 

Qualifications: 

• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a sense of urgency 
• Comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and independently. 
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Willing to learn and happy to ask questions. 
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. 
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus. 
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and illustration. Proficiency with Canva and Shopify a plus. 
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography and layout design. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint a plus
