DESIGNER - LADIES INTIMATES + SLEEPWEAR

We are looking for an energetic and proactive team player, who is eager to learn & grow with our multi-divisional department. If you are passionate, detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Works with division head and sales to coordinate cohesive sleepwear and intimates’ assortments. 
• Clear product development experience/ knowledge designing into target prices for the mass market.
• Create CADs, Tech Packs, and specialized design presentations as needed.
• Communicate and follow up with factories and team members on product development design details.
• Able to spec a garment and know how to communicate construction details
• Setup tech-packs using company standard specifications, construction details, technical sketches & more
• Comprehensive trend understanding of the Junior, Contemporary + Missy markets
• Detail-oriented; ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy.
• Comfortable managing multiple work streams, thinking strategically + switching gears between product categories
• Proficient in ADOBE suite
• Able to recolor artwork / prints.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in fast fashion sleepwear, intimates’ categories (Bras, Underwear, shapewear, base layers)
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good grasp on the technical aspect of construction, fit, and standard specs.
• Comfortable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with several projects at once.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000

Temp to Perm position.
