Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Footwear Designer for a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating innovative and stylish footwear designs that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities include developing sketches and technical drawings, researching market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs meet brand standards and customer expectations. Travel is required for market research and trend forecasting.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in footwear design
• Strong portfolio showcasing original footwear designs
• Proficiency in sketching, rendering, and creating technical drawings
• In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes related to fashion footwear
• Experience in creating mood boards, trend forecasting, and market research
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software

Salary: $65,000-$80,000
