BENEFITS ASSISTANT

Job Description

General Summary: This position is responsible for assisting in the administration of human resource policies, programs, and practices for all associates with an emphasis on benefits.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the company’s wellness initiatives
• Process companywide benefit reimbursements for eligible soft benefits
• Generate companywide announcements including but not limited to new mothers, open enrollment changes, benefit plan changes, etc.
• Assists all employees with general benefit questions including enrollments/changes
• Uphold the confidentiality of each employee’s benefit documentation
• Introduce and monitor all soft benefits
• Provide clerical support as needed
• Special Projects
• Other duties may be assigned. 

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years experience preferred

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $26/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
