Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design director and the design team in researching, designing, and developing new styles for each season.
• Create beautiful CAD sketches
• Create prints & graphic artwork
• Generate tech packs in Excel
• Create points of measure and provide all specs for new develoment
• Handle daily production approvals of lab dips, strike-offs, fabric & trim qualities
• Contribute positively to team dynamic & manage up where necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

• Team player – cultivate productive relationships with cross-functional teams
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Excel
• Superior organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
• Ability to anticipate and take the initiative to get the job done right
